Property Maintenance
Winchmore Designs has several key clients that use its services for
the day to day maintenance of their premises. These include several
large organisations that provide care homes and residencies for disabled
people and hotels, restaurants and pubs.
General Building
Winchmore Designs provide general building services to complement the
works and installations undertaken. This may be minor structural alterations
through to complex extensions and loft conversions. We use our own tradesmen
for electrical, plumbing, gas, plastering, carpentry and other associated
trades.
Extensions & Loft Conversions
Domestic building projects can be undertaken. As these usually encompass
remodeling of the interior, heating, kitchens and bathrooms the entire
project can be managed from start to finish by Winchmore Designs.
